“The best apartment complex! I have been a resident at the Sands at Clearwater for 4 years and enjoy living here. The leasing staff is wonderful especially Jose! The maintenance staff is dependable, courteous and reliable any issues with the AC and they are up in a flash. The pool is incredible it’s like being at a resort. When searching for a place to live the Sands at Clearwater does not disappoint. It truly is a fantastic place to live!!!!”
